We will make reasonable efforts to return basic data such as client contact information, basic pet details, client keys, basic vet details, basic scheduled events, and summary lists of invoices and payments, provided we receive and acknowledge your request before the effective termination date. We are not obligated to provide such data if your request is made after termination.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflicts of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state courts located in Tel-Aviv. If any portion of these Terms is found unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining portions will remain in full force and effect. Any claim you have arising out of your use of the Site must be brought within one (1) year after the claim arose.
